5F-SDB-006, also known as 5-fluoro SDB-006 is an analytical reference standard compound that is categorized as a synthetic cannabinoid. 5F-SBD-006 is an analogue of SDB-006, a synthetic cannabinoid that activates the central CB1 and CB2 with EC50 values of 50 nM and 123 nM respectively. As an analogue of SDB-006, a fluorine atom is added to the terminal carbon of the alkyl chain, just as STS-135 is the terminally fluorinated analogue of APICA.
5F-SDB-006 acts as a potent agonist of the cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2. Its EC50 is about 50 nM and its 123 nM concentration is about equal to that of the human CB2 receptors.
The toxicological and physiological properties of this compound has not been analyzed. Usage of this Chemical should be for research and forensic purposes only.
