2,3-DMMC is a potential designer drug with consolidated highlights of amphetamines, cathinones, and phenethylamines. It is primarily identified with 4-methylmethcathinone, a psychoactive compound that has been recognized in items sold as Bath salts and plant food. 2,3-Dimethylmethcathinone is a designer stimulant that has similar properties to 3,4-DMMC. It is known that this drug can inhibit the reuptake of norepinephrine and serotonin.
