5-DBFPV is a stimulant under the cathinone class of chemicals. 5-dihydrobenzofuranpyrovalerone is an analog of 3,4-MDPV with the heterocylic 3-position oxygen from the 3,4 Methylenedioxy ring gets, replaced by a Methylene bridge. It is also called 3-desoxy-3,4-MDPV, 5-dihydrobenzofuran Pyrovalerone.
This product is commonly used as a substitute for the commonly used a-PVP and MDPV. It is suitable for use in various laboratory setups and for synthetic cathinone testing and forensic analysis.
Not much is known about the pharmacological and toxicological properties of 5-DBFPV. Usage of this Chemical should be for research and forensic purposes only.
