5F-Flouro-AMB with synonyms like 5-fluoro AMP, 5-fluoro MMB-PINACA, 5F-MMB-PINACA, 5F-AMB-PINACA is an active ingredient in synthetic cannabis products. It has been reported to be a potent agonist for the CB1 receptor because of its 4-cyanobutyl analogue instead of the 5-fluoropentyl. It is an indazole based compound and a synthetic cannabinoid under the indazole 3-carboxamide family. It is also an analogue of the compound, AB-PINACA with a replacement of the primary amine with a methoxy group. Also, with an addition of a flourine atom under the alkyl terminal.

5F-AMB is derived from the indazole-3 carboxamide family. It was first identified in 2014 in Japan and is known to be a potent antagonist of the CB1 receptor.

The toxicological and physiological properties of this compound has not been analyzed. Usage of this Chemical should be for research and forensic purposes only.
