AMB-FUBINACA, also known as FUB-AMB, MMB-FUBINACA, is an analytical reference standard compound that is categorized as a synthetic cannabinoid. To be specific, AMB-FUBINACA is an indazole-based SC that is a potent agonist for the cannabinoid receptors with Ki values of 10.04 nM and 0.786 nM of the CB1 and CB2 respectively. It also has EC50 values of 0.5433 nM and 0.1278 nM of the CB1 and CB2 respectively.
AMB-FUBBINACA is a synthetic cannabinoid that’s a potent agonist for CB1 and CB2 receptors. It was developed by Pfizer in 2009 but was never tested on human beings. This compound was the most commonly used synthetic cannabinoid in 2017 and 2018.
The toxicological and physiological properties of this compound has not been analyzed. Usage of this Chemical should be for research and forensic purposes only.
