Dipyanone is a designer drug that has been sold as an opioid analgesic. It is related to various other drugs that are used for treating opioid dependence in structure and with their effects. Some related drugs may include Dipipanone, Phenadoxone and methadone.

Dipyanone is a synthetic opioid analgesic that was first sold as a designer drug under the brand name of Phenaphen. It closely resembles the morphine drug, but is less potent.
