Dutasteride is a drug used to treat an enlarged prostate. It can improve the flow of urine and reduce the need for follow-up surgery. It works by suppressing the growth of certain muscles in the gland. This can cause problems with urine flow and urination. As the size of the gland gets enlarged, some of its muscles become tight, which can cause urination problems and restrict the flow of urine from the bladder.
Dutasteride blocks the action of a certain enzyme. This prevents the testosterone from relaying to another substance that causes the prostate to grow.
Not much is known about the pharmacological and toxicological properties of Dutasteride. Usage of this Chemical should be for research and forensic purposes only.
