3,4Ethylenedioxy-N-methylamphetamine, also known as EDMA, is a derivative of MDMA that can be used as a stimulant. It was first produced by Alexander Shulgin. According to his book PiHKAL, the dosage of this drug is 150 to 250 mg. It has a duration of 3 to 5 hours.
According to Shulgin, the drug produces a bare threshold that consists of hypnogogic imagery, paresthesia, and nystagmus. It is also non-toxic serotonin releaser and has minimal effects on the release of dopamine. According to scientific studies, this substance has a moderate diminished potency compared to MDMA.
The toxicological and physiological properties of this compound has not been analyzed. Usage of this Chemical should be for research and forensic purposes only.
