Flubromazolam, JYI-73
A new class of depressant known as flubromazolam is a synthetic version of triazolobenzodiazepines, which can produce anxiolytic, disinhibiting, muscle relaxant, amnesia, and memory suppressing effects. It is incredibly potent, and it has an unusually long duration of 18 hours. This makes it an especially dangerous drug for people who are prone to experiencing amnesia or strong sedation.
Because of their ability to induce amnesia and strong sedation, they are commonly used as a combination with other designer benzodiazepines. However, concerns have been raised about their potential to cause life-threatening adverse reactions. At doses of around 0.5 mg, flubromazolam and clonazolam can be safely used as a single medication.
It has been known to be useful in treating anxiety and insomnia, as well as acute seizures and hospitalizations. However, it is not yet widely studied. Currently, it is only sold online by chemical vendors.
The effects of flubromazolam are not known to be well-defined. However, its structural and subjective similarities to other drugs such as benzodiazepines are enough to make it a promising new treatment for anxiety and insomnia.
One of the most important factors that people should consider when it comes to taking flubromazolam is the possibility of a sudden discontinuation. This can be potentially life-threatening for those who have been using the drug for a long time. It is also recommended to gradually reduce the dosage of the drug over a period of time.
Chemistry
Triazolobenzodiazepines (TBZD) are a class of derivatives that include flubromazolam. It is a member of the benzodiazepine family and has a 1,4 diazepine ring that is fused to a benzene ring. Bromine is also bound to this structure at R7.
Flubromazolam also has a methylated triazole ring, which is fused to the diazepine ring. This ring is part of a class of benzodiazepines known as triazolobenzodiazepines, which are distinguished by the letters “zolam”.
Pharmacology
Benzodiazepines are used to treat schizophrenia and other mental disorders. They can also enhance the effects of a neurotransmitter known as gammabutyric acid by binding to its receptors.
The activity of the brain’s inhibitory site is known to trigger the release of flubromazepam, which is a calming effect that can be achieved through the use of benzodiazepines. The anticonvulsant properties of these drugs are attributed to their binding to the sodium channels.
The toxicological and physiological properties of this compound has not been analyzed. Usage of this Chemical should be for research and forensic purposes only.
