FUB-PB-22 which is also known as QUFUBIC is an analytical reference standard compound that is categorized as a synthetic cannabinoid. Specifically, it is an indole-based synthetic cannabinoid, a potent agonist of the CB1 receptor. FUB-PB-22 is a derivative of PB-22 with the pentyl side chain replaced with a 4-fluorobenzyl group. The compound acts as a full agonist with a binding affinity with values of 0.386 nM and 0.478 nM of CB1 and CB2 respectively.
