THJ-018 which is also known as SGT-17, is an analytical reference standard compound that is categorized as a synthetic cannabinoid. THJ-018 is an indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid to be specific and an analogue of JWH-018. The compound acts as a full agonist with affinity values of 5.84 nM and 4.57 nM at CB1 and CB2 respectively. It is a substituted indazole. Its indazole core contains a carbonyl group at R1. This derivative is a ketone.
THJ-018 is a synthetic cannabinoid that mimics the JWH-018 analog. It has a brown, sticky, and thick powder. It has been marketed as a legal alternative to the more popular synthetic cannabinoid. Its appearance and smell is similar to that of naphthalene.
This synthetic cannabinoid is characterized by its substituted indazole core and a carbonyl group. It is also known as a ketone. It is substituted with a pentyl chain and an indazole core.
Although it has not been formally studied, it is widely believed that THJ-018 has the same binding profile as JWH-018 and that it exhibits the same effects on both the CB1 and CB2. It is also around 5x more potent than 9-THC and has a wide range of effects.
