2CBB-NBOMe is a compound derived from the phenethylamines, which were discovered in 2007 by David Nichols and his team at Purdue University. Their research aims to identify the specific amino acid residues that are required for the binding of the 5HT2A receptor.
2CBB-NBOMe is a powerful and selective agonist of the 5-HT2A and 5-HT2C receptors. It has a Ki of 0.27 nM, which is similar to the potency of other similar compounds like Bromo-DragonFLY and NBOMe-2C-I.
