Trimethyl-PCPy (3-MePC-Py) is a derivative of arylcyclohexylamine that has an unusual spectrum of effects. It is a potent inhibitor of the multiple monoamine neurotransmitters, such as noradrenaline, serotonin, and dopamine. It also acts as a high-affinity sigma receptor antagonist, which can be useful in animal behavioral studies.
