Hot-7 is a type of phenethylamine found in the 2C family. It was presumably synthesized by Alexander Shulgin. The chemical name of this drug is 2-[4,2-propylthio]-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl-N-hydroxyethanamine. It has similar structural properties to other drugs in the HOT-series. The most common related compounds to this drug are HOT-2 and HOT-17.
