UR-144 which is also known as YX-17, MN-001, KM-X1, TMCP-018 is an analytical reference standard compound that is categorized as a synthetic cannabinoid. UR-144 is an indole-based synthetic cannabinoid to be specific. The compound acts as a selective full agonist with affinity with a Ki values of 150 nM and 1.8 nM at CB1 and CB2 respectively.
UR-144 is a drug that acts as a partial agonist of the CB2 receptor. It has the same active ingredient as the psychoactive CB1 receptor but with a lower affinity. Strong affinity for the CB2 receptor has been observed in UR-144. This protein exhibits a low affinity for the CB1 receptor. CB2 and CB1 receptors have high affinity with UR-144. This protein exhibits a low affinity for the CB1 receptor and possesses an EC50 of 421 nM. It exhibits weak cannabinoid-like activity.
This substance is closely related to various synthetic cannabinoids such as A-796, A-834,735, and A-260. Its 1-pentyl group has been replaced by alkylheterocycles.
