4-HO-MPMI, Lucigenol, 4-Hydroxy-N-methyl-(α,N-trimethylene)-tryptamine
A substance known as 4-HO-MPMI, which is a derivative of tryptamine, was developed by David Nichols and his team at Purdue University during the 1990s. It can be used in animal tests to produce hallucinogenic effects. This drug has two enantiomers, and it can be produced with a similar potency to amphetamines.
It has a binding affinity of 13 2 nM for the 5-HT2A receptor. It can be produced at doses of 0.5 and 1.0 mg, which are considered to be psychedelics. Its effects are still not well known. These include anxiety and OEV/CEV.
The toxicological and physiological properties of this compound has not been analyzed. Usage of this Chemical should be for research and forensic purposes only.
