Phenylpiperazines are a group of synthetic drugs whose primary action is to change the permeability of cells. These drugs have been used for decades as neurotransmitter agonists or anti-convulsants, but they have also been used medicinally in the form of antihistamines and anti-seizure. There is some evidence that they might also have some useful anti-cancer activity. However, they are seldom used in clinical practice now for their treatment of mental illnesses, because there is some evidence that they are not effective at treating them.


Most studies done on Phenylpiperazines focus on the use of these drugs in the treatment of anxiety, panic attacks, and schizophrenia. They are very useful for reducing symptoms in these conditions. However, one difficulty with using these drugs to treat these problems is that it is difficult to determine whether or not they are having an effect on patients when low doses are used. The FDA had recently approved a large group of new anti-anxiety drugs, including Benzodiazepines, to help patients suffering from the debilitating side effects of anxiety and panic attacks. Different Class of Phenylpiperazine

There is a different class of anti-anxiety medications available by prescription called Makhaira, which comes from the Greek words Makaris and Phoklast. This class includes two medications: MBT (Monamine-Binding Thrombin), and CTR (cytidine trifluoperazine). The main ingredients of MBT are Pizotifen and Phenylpropanolamine, while CTR consists of Fluoxetine and Nefazodone. The advantage of using these medicines is that they can easily be obtained from a pharmacy and used over a period of weeks or months, and are free of the immediate effects of receiving a prescription drug. The Original USP Grade of Phenylpiperazines

A variation of the original USP grade of Phenylpiperazines is the ‘generic’ version of the drug, which is manufactured in the Pharmaceutical System of China (PSC). Unlike the original Phenylpiperazines from the USP, the generic drugs do not contain the amine binder (CBB) used to strengthen the bond between the aromatic moiety of the piperazine molecule, and the aromatic amine group of amino acids. Instead, the chemical composition of the generic drug is made up of three primary chemical groups: asylum bromide, crocidolide, and methylcyclidine. The chemical moieties in the aromatic amine molecules bond with the amino acid residues on aromatic moieties in the Cbb, resulting in the formation of a compound known as carbazepam, or benzepam. The structure of carbazepam and the amine groups in the aromatic moieties are identical to the structure of the drugs that make up Phenylpiperazines.

The carbazepam molecule, and the aromatic amines in it, are extremely safe and well-tolerated by the human body. However, when administered to animals, especially rats, it can cause severe liver damage, due to the actions of the bzp. It has also been found that, when given to pregnant rat mothers, the carbazepam causes birth defects. Because of these incidents, in spite of the safety of the molecule itself, the USP had deemed it unfit for use in cosmetics, as it contains bzp. This was further necessitated by the lack of any therapeutic value of the carbazepam in the cosmetic industry.

As of this time, the only way to effectively combat the effects of the carbazepam is by using tfmpp, which is a mixture of the phenylpiperazines and the tmanniline. Tfmpp is used in dermatologic clinics, where the dermatologists can reactivate the skin of patients that are in pain, and that have excessive swelling due to severe burn injuries. In addition, the tfmpp can also be used to reduce pain and the swelling of the skin, that have resulted from severe burns.

The best treatment for any skin problem is prevention. The best way to do this is by using phenylpiperazines or the aromatic amine hydrohalide, which contains the active ingredient in phenylpiperazines. However, the aromatic amine hydrohalide is still being studied, because no serious incidents have been reported after its use.
